County Financial is recruiting for a Financial Adviser

We have an exciting opportunity for a Diploma qualified financial adviser to join our advice team and contribute to the success of the business. You must be able to work full time and be fully committed to our statement of purpose: To be a God-honouring Financial Planning business that aims to make a profound difference to the lives of our clients by making sense of money.

The Role

  • To maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Interpret complex information in a way that is meaningful to clients
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes
  • Provide clients with “added value” by delivering a service that exceeds their expectations

Duties

  • Work alongside assistant preparing for meetings
  • Provide financial planning, pension and investment advice
  • To deliver suitable, personalised advice tailored to clients’ needs and circumstances

Requirements

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years regulated experience
  • Diploma (DIP PFS) or equivalent
  • Proven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis
  • To be a “real people person”
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as be self-sufficient

Salary

  • Salary and package is negotiable depending on qualifications/experience
