COUNTY FINANCIAL – A STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND VALUES

FOR OUR BUSINESS
To be a God-honouring Financial Planning business that aims to make a profound difference to the lives of our clients by ‘making sense of money’.

FOR OUR CLIENTS
To act as coach/adviser/mentor to our clients - helping them to plan for the achievement of wider goals and aspirations - providing ongoing guidance, advice and support through regular reviews - giving them the opportunity of control and freedom in all matters relating to their finances.

OUR AIMS

To establish a reputation for this business of integrity, honesty and excellence in all that we do.

To provide a financial planning process which offers real value to clients and is delivered effectively every time.

To ensure that profits generated will be fairly distributed to reflect the effort of each member of staff.

To provide our staff with the ongoing support and development required to help them acquire new skills and knowledge and achieve satisfaction in the role they perform.

To commit a proportion of our profits to County Trust for charitable purposes aiming to combat poverty, oppression and economic exploitation.

You really have been a total pleasure to deal with. In particular I commend your focus on our needs rather than your fee – something unique to what seems to be a wonderful culture within County Financial. Thank you.
