MEET THE TEAM
Andrew Hounsell joined County in March 2013 having previously been a financial adviser in the banking industry. Andrew is Managing Director and feels privileged to be responsible for the County Team! His broad area of expertise includes financial planning, investment and ‘at retirement advice’. Andrew loves supporting clients in achieving their objectives and making a difference to their lives. He has been awarded a Statement of Professional Standing by the Institute of Financial Services.
Andrew is married to Liz and they have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, running and is a big Formula 1 fan!

Simon Tuson joined County in August 2014, having previously worked as a Bank Manager and Financial Consultant for Lloyds Bank.
His areas of expertise include pension, investment and protection advice, and he has a particular passion for helping clients with making key life decisions through County’s ‘Comprehensive Financial Planning’ service, which covers all aspects of financial planning.
Simon and his wife, Emma, have a daughter. In Simon's spare time, he likes to play golf and squash as well as compose music.

Sue Croucher is our paraplanner and also deals with the office software and project work. She began work in the financial services industry with AXA Equity & Law in 1989 and joined County in 1998. Sue is an accredited paraplanner and associate member of the CISI. She is married to Mark and has two young children. In her spare time, Sue enjoys days out with the family.

Claudia Allen joined County in November 2014. She is Executive Support to Andrew Hounsell and Simon Tuson, Personal assistant to Andrew Hounsell and is the contact for discretionary fund managers.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and playing on her PlayStation.
CASHFLOW PLANNING SUPPORT
Bethany Talks joined County in June 2011. Her main area of focus is comprehensive financial planning from the creation of the financial models through to regular annual review meeting preparation.
Bethany is married to Matthew and in her spare time she is involved in youth work at her local church. She also enjoys card making and dining out.
Penny Wilson joined County in December 2001 and provides secretarial and administrative support to the advisers.
Penny is married to Bev and has two children and has just become a grandmother to her first grandchild, Flynn. In her spare time, Penny has her work cut out walking her lively little dog, Mattie, and working on her shared allotment in Amersham.
Sheena Cannon has worked at County for a number of years and provides pensions support to Andrew Hounsell and Simon Tuson along with the administration of group pension schemes.
Sheena is married to John and has two daughters. Sheena has just become a grandmother to her first grandchild, Zach. In her spare time, Sheena enjoys crocheting and is a keen swimmer.
Nicole Bull joined County in January 2014. Her main responsibilities are accounts administration and office management. She also assists the administrators with client work as needed.
Nicole is married to Chris and has a young daughter, Isla. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering as a first aider for St. John Ambulance and spending time with family.
Peter and Miriam Green
Peter and Miriam were the founders of County Financial in 1985. They set out for the business to be a beacon of light in a murky financial world. Having faithfully served the business for 30 years, they handed over the running of the business to Andrew and retired to Bude, Cornwall in September 2015. Peter and Miriam have maintained their connection with the business as directors and Peter is the Chairman of the County Trust.
Peter and Miriam are enjoying having much more spare time on their hands, especially as it means they can see lots more of their grandchildren.
